By registering an account, purchasing credits, or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

1Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing AI Backend Builder or creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of an entity or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2Service Description & Studio Access
AI Backend Builder provides an autonomous cloud-based AI studio that enables users to generate apps, websites, SQL databases, API functions, and deploy live previews. We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use our platform in accordance with your subscribed plan and available credits.
3User Accounts & Authentication
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and Bearer authentication tokens. You agree to notify us immediately at support@advancequiz.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. AdvanceQuiz is not liable for any losses caused by compromised credentials.
4Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, Credits & Ad Rewards
A. Pricing & In-App Purchases: All plan prices (Starter ₹99/mo / $0.99, Pro ₹499/mo / $4.99, Ultra ₹1,999/mo / $19.99) and consumable credit packs are offered directly through our web portal (Razorpay) and native mobile app (Google Play Billing). Mobile transactions comply with Google Play's billing policies.
B. Credit Consumption & Token Rates: Autonomous AI generations, code modifications, SQL execution, and workspace deployments consume credits based on actual token utilization and published multiplier rates.
C. Daily Rewarded Video Ad Allowances: Users may voluntarily watch rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob to earn free AI prompts (up to 5 rewarded completions per calendar day). Ad verification is cryptographically validated server-side. Modifying apps to forge ad completions is strictly prohibited.
D. Subscription Renewal & Non-Payment Suspension: Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. If a renewal payment fails, access to paid tier features or premium computing limits may be paused until the account is brought into good standing.
5Cancellation & 100% Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee within 5–7 days of your initial subscription purchase. If you are unsatisfied with our platform, you can request a full refund within 5–7 days by emailing billing@advancequiz.com.
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or Google Play Subscription Management. 6Platform Architecture & Cloud Hosting
A. Integrated Cloud Platform: AI Backend Builder provides an integrated AI engineering and cloud hosting platform. All applications, backends, APIs, and databases generated within the studio are hosted and executed directly on our cloud infrastructure for high performance, continuous availability, and security.
B. Studio Access & Service Usage: Users have the right to build, configure, customize, and operate their applications directly on our platform in accordance with their active plan quotas and credit balance.
C. Platform Proprietary Rights: AdvanceQuiz retains all worldwide rights, title, and interest in the AI Backend Builder website, trademarks, algorithms, UI components, and proprietary infrastructure.
7Acceptable Use & Media Input Standards
You agree not to use AI Backend Builder to:
- Generate malware, phishing sites, ransomware, or exploits designed to compromise systems.
- Upload copyrighted, unlawful, or sexually explicit images, wireframes, or audio recordings for AI parsing.
- Bypass rate limits, reverse engineer API endpoints, or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
- Violate any applicable national, state, or international laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
8Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While our autonomous agents strive to produce secure, compilable code, you are responsible for testing, verifying, and securing your applications before production deployment. In no event shall AdvanceQuiz be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event.
9Governing Law & Legal Contact
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
